Our approach is dedicated to elevating the human experience in your body.

We achieve this by respecting and utilising detailed dance technique and principles, strength & condition training protocols to give students a strong powerful facility and the GYROTONIC®️ Method to give students a degree of mobility, co-ordination and supple strength that is relevant to their daily life – Each element is respected.

We have programs where students can use one stream of movement/exercise or a combination such as dance and strength & conditioning.

We also provide the tools for students to have great habits with nutrition and have regular health & body scans to give them accurate data to track their progress.

We love the art of dance, and for us to achieve quality in our movement, we have studied and explored movement from different perspectives that no other studio does.

Nurturing the student and having a detailed, multifaceted plan to achieve their goals is what sets HD Entertainment apart from the rest.

Fitness

Personal training and innovative group sessions is something we have uniquely created to offer everyone an opportunity to excel and “elevate the human experience in your body”.

We deliver strength and conditioning training to improve you athletically or aesthetically.

The use of squats, deadlifts, presses (bench, shoulder etc), cable machine, Thera-bands and balance exercises allows us to help you achieve your goals.

Also offering AM and PM group sessions to allow you flexibility in achieving your fitness goals.

We have a 10am Fitness class on our level 3 studio and a Mini’s dance class (3-6year olds) in our level 2 dance studio to allow parents to exercise for themselves and get expert dance tuition for their child.

After conducting a comprehensive screening and assessment we offer our members full fitness testing to give everyone clear progress bench marks, a commitment we make to all our members.

We are fortunate to collaborate with some exceptional allied health professionals in nutrition and body work and regularly combine forces to ensure success in achieving your fitness goals.

What is the Fitness Testing

Up to 17 tests to monitor and track your physical performance ranging from strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, agility, balance and more.

What is the Inbody scan

It is a non-invasive and hospital grade machine that accurately records your visceral fat (fat around your vital organs), skeletal muscle, general fat, bone density, hydration levels and more.

What is the health and fitness challenge?

It is a comprehensive and monitored training program with small group fitness sessions, including nutrition guidance, monitor and track results, plus constant support.

What are the dates?

  • February 10th – March 16th

  • June 29th – August 3rd
  • September 7th – October 12th
  • October 26th – November 30th

What time are the sessions?

We will be offering 7 am , 10 am, 6:30 pm & 7:30 pm session times.

How much does it cost?

  • 2 sessions per week = $270
  • 3 Sessions per week = $357
  • 4+ Sessions per week = $444

GYROKINESIS® Method

In our quest to improve as dancers physically, technically and artistically we discovered Juliu Horvath’s GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®️.

This unique movement methodology helps you in many ways such as “a healthier and more supple spine, increased range of motion, greater joint stability, improved agility and athletic performance and a deep internal strength” (as written in the GYROTONIC® website).

We are thrilled to offer The GYROTONIC® Method and GYROKINESIS® Method at our studio with one on one sessions and group classes.

The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®️ is very unique as it has an international body that regulates content, training, equipment and has high standards for protocols and progressions.

The students ability to improve co-ordination, strengthen and stretch simultaneously and develop connections neurologically and physically is a magical aspect of this method.

This method of physical development is fantastic for many people/athletes that require rotation, mobility and co-ordination.

The spiral and ever expanding feature of this style is something we see in nature and has been noticed for centuries even by Leonardo Da Vinci, we love this element and feeling of the GYROTONIC® Method.
